List of Joy

To begin the journey of reuniting with you, it’s important to remember and rediscover the real you. A way to help you determine who you are is by making a list of what brings you joy. 

*Beginner* Create a list of 5-10 things that bring you genuine, unconditional inner joy and happiness. (See list below for inspiration)

*Advanced* Challenge yourself by doing the things on your list for part of a day or -if you can make the time- a full day. Check off as many items as you can to see and feel if they still bring you joy. This practice allows you to test your ideas of what you think you enjoy in order to verify what you know you enjoy, as well as establishing a baseline for your happiness.
